Lord, Thou gavest Saint Peter Canisius wisdom and courage to defend the Catholic Faith.By the help of his prayers may all who seek the truth rejoice in finding Thee, and Thy one Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church, and may all who believe in Thee be loyal in professing the true Faith. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, Thy Son, Who livest and reignest with Thee in the unity of the Holy Ghost, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.
